SwitchBot OpenAPI Automation:

SwitchBot provides an OpenAPI for personal automation projects. Customers can use API v1.1 to send supported commands to compatible devices, including the press command for a SwitchBot Bot. With the Bot installed in this mount, a compatible SwitchBot Hub and cloud setup, an API token and secret key, and a customer configured script or integration, the Dyson fan’s physical power button can be pressed programmatically.

This advanced capability can support custom scripts, Home Assistant workflows, scheduled actions, remote recovery routines, dashboards, and other smart home projects. SwitchBot Bot is a Bluetooth device, so cloud API control requires the customer’s compatible SwitchBot hardware and account configuration. Coding and technical setup are required.
